Momentum + Acceleration = Obliteration

It is said that: the solution to pollution is dilution. As of November 2 , 2010, the first wave of dilution had begun.

The GOP election landslide of 2010 will usher in nearly complete redistricting in historically weaker Republican States and opportunities to redraw lines in some important GOP strongholds such as Texas and South Carolina,

According to John Hood of the National Review in his Nov. 3rd byline:

• Going into the 2010 elections, Democrats held 60 partisan legislative chambers and Republicans held 36, with a couple of ties.

• It looks like the GOP has picked up an astounding 20 chambers, including both houses in Alabama, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Wisconsin and additional chambers in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

• In total legislative seats, it is possible that after all the results are posted, Republicans will have won a nationwide majority.

• Republicans haven’t enjoyed this much power in state capitals since the 1920s.

For the first time in history, Michigan is now a GOP stronghold. Republicans now control every facet of state government: Governor (RINO barf), Attorney General, Sec of State, House, Senate, and the Supreme Court.

But, Republicans need to be cautious in States where they have already strong GOP seats.

Too much gerrymandering in States with districts already too convoluted, however, might put that State’s incumbent Republicans in jeopardy by bring a less conservative constituency into play in those districts in 2012.

Related Bills: S.34, S.62

Latest Major Action: 1/7/2009 Referred to House committee. Status: Referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
SUMMARY AS OF: 1/7/2009--Introduced.

Broadcaster Freedom Act of 2009 - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), notwithstanding any other provision of any Act, from having the authority to require broadcasters to present opposing viewpoints on controversial issues of public importance, commonly referred to as the Fairness Doctrine.

Get involved in this action if you cherish your 1st Amendment rights. The statists within the Federal Government want to make the entire American media, including talk radio and the internet a sounding board for liberal agenda. PBS already exists, partly funded with tax payer monies. This is more outlet for their devisive messages than they deserve. Call, email or write your Congressman/woman today and refer to H.R.226 Broadcaster Freedom Act of 2009 by name and ask them to support Representative Pence in this most important piece of legislation.

Obama's Administration soon under the microscope.

The San Antonio Congressman who is in line to become chairman of the powerful House Judiciary Committee is promising 'a number of investigations and oversight committee actions' which he vows will 'hold the administration accountable,.
Veteran Republican Lamar Smith, a social conservative who grew up in the brush country of south Texas which is now transit point for illegal immigrants and drugs, said in a news conference that a number of issues will come into the sights of his committee when he takes the chairmanship in January, including taking the Obama Administration to task for failing to do enough to protect the southern border.
Smith says it is his Constitutional duty to bring Obama's Administration to some measure of accountability.
"Part of that checks and balances is in fact holding the administration accountable, is in fact insisting on more transparency, is insisting on more honesty, and getting the facts," Smith said. "Right now, because of the one party monopoly, the Administration has been able to dodge any kind of supervision, any kind of oversight committee action, and they refuse to testify, and that is no longer acceptable."

Keith Olbermann's predicament

Keith Olbermann, MSNBC's primetime firebrand host, has been suspended indefinitely for violating the ethics policies of his employer earlier this year when he donated to three Democrats seeking federal office, MSNBC announced Friday.

First reported by Politico and confirmed by Federal Election Commission filings, the primetime television host gave $2,400 – the maximum individual amount allowed – to each of the campaigns of Kentucky Senate candidate Jack Conway, and Arizona Reps. Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords. (View PDF's of FEC filings for Conway, Grijalva, and Giffords)

VOTER AT LARGE: MANIFESTO

November 2nd was truly an historic day for Americans; our voices were heard through our votes.

Here is what we said:
• You work for us.
• Social programs and legislation are not relevant when America is going bankrupt. Put them on a back burner until you are told to do otherwise by We the People.
• We expect our newly Conservative House of Representatives, their newly elected counterparts in the Senate and in the increased Conservative State’s administrations of newly elected Governors to refer back to the United States Constitution as the law of the land. You are charged with the protection and preservation of that most venerated Document - by solemn oath.
• Free enterprise must be re-established so that our economy may once again thrive; nothing less is acceptable to us.
• We have, as did the original Colonies, experienced taxation without representation for the better part of 4 years. You are obligated to cut deeply into redundant and/or unproductive federal programs which have been sucking the life out of our resources. We want NO new spending programs! You may not compromise on this issue. In short, stop spending and start cutting.
• Lower our taxes so that we can continue to invest in our economic futures and create jobs.
• We follow the precept that the definition of character is doing the right thing even when no one is looking; We trusted you enough to give you this honor of serving your Country, don’t let us down or you’ll be replaced. Be aware that we are watching until you prove yourself… more now than ever.
• Your job has just begun. Do not be slackers, take charge, be focused on our agenda.
• We have bestowed upon you a powerful voice, use it. We are tired to seeing the opposition to Constitutional freedoms voicing their canards on the media without rebuttal. Be proactive and loudly proclaim our agenda for the world to hear. Be there first, not last.
• You must restore America’s image. Initially at home, then abroad. You will not be allowed to be an apologist for us. We will not stand for it. Our Country’s traditions are steeped in honor and dignity! We demand that honor be held up as a standard once again for the world to see and emulate. We demand our dignity be protected and nurtured. Our fighting men and women deserve no less. Our way of life and freedom demand it. We your constituency expect it.

Now go forward and do your jobs. We look forward to phase two in 2012, stay the course and we’ll be there for you.

I give you the President of the United States. Feel proud yet?

"I will stand with the Muslim's should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." Barack H. Obama, From Audacity of Hope.

"I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody." -- defending his tax plan to Joe the Plumber.

"What I was suggesting -- you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith..." --in an interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos, who jumped in to correct Obama by saying "your Christian faith," which Obama quickly clarified.

"I've now been in 57 states -- I think one left to go." --at a campaign event in Beaverton, Oregon.

"In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died -- an entire town destroyed." --on a Kansas tornado that killed 12 people.

"Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples. The British and French, the Dutch and Spanish, to Mexicans, to countless Indian tribes. We all shared the same land," President Obama told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

Mexico declared its independence on September 16, 1810. It was recognized on September 27, 1821.

Too many steps...

"Every step we take towards making the State our Caretaker of our lives, by that much we move toward making the State our Master."
Dwight D. Eisenhower
I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground: That "all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people." To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition. - Thomas Jefferson

The "definition" of our beloved Country has always been found in the timelessness of Liberties and Freedoms granted us in our Constitution.

So called progressive busy-bodies, intent on micro-managing the minutia of our existence have burrowed into the fabric of our cultural existence to the extent that our Country's cloak has become torn and tattered.

Old Glory has stood the tests of countless war and civil strife and all along, her purpose has only been further enhanced with each struggle, every tear, each rip and wound. So too our resolve to re-capture our Counrty from avowed statist and tyrants must be emboldened with each of their thrusts.

We must no longer allow the elite few to dictate to the masses their view of utopia... ours is found in the Great Constitution of our Nation. We invite you to join us, we are Bobbin, Patriots and impassioned about and engaged in the Greatness of our Country.
